Processing Time: 3–7 business days for most items. Custom orders may take longer.

2. Payment Policy
We accept all Etsy-supported payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, Etsy gift cards).
Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or partial refund.
Custom orders cannot be canceled or returned once production has started.

Our woven items are made from natural materials.
To keep them beautiful, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or moisture. Spot clean when necessary.
